“Extremely inconsistent office. Moved out recently and upon dropping off my keys stated I would have a package being delivered after my move out date. Person I dropped my keys off too and final check stated they would be able to give me the key to retrieve my mail. Went to do that and they refused. I have proof of delivery but I guess the apartment complex wants to steal and keep my mail instead. Inconsistent in what they tell you.”
